Company Policy

  • Company policies are formal guidelines and rules established by an organization to govern its operations, ensure legal compliance, and create a structured, consistent work environment. These policies cover various aspects of organizational operations, employee behavior, and procedures to protect both the company and its employees.

View Company Policies​

  • In ESS application -> Select Company Policies.

  • All Active policies are listed below in screen.

  • Click the view button in the right side of each policy listed to view the particular policy detail.(refer Fig3.1)

  • Here we can do preview, download, share and public link
  • In File Engagement, Number of views and downloads are counted and displayed.(refer Fig3.2)
